At Atlet, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Atlet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Postal service or carrier issues

Weather conditions or natural disasters

Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control

Any delivery delays related to these factors are the responsibility of the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Atlet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
